Happenings

Sara Holler joined the Armstrong Walker Group in 2024 as a Financial Advisor. She's been with Baird for 2 years. She was working as a Client Planning Specialist previously and has 24 years of experience working on the instituitional side of finance. She also got her WMCP® this year!

In 2024, Roger achieved his CFP® designation after 3 years of hard work. As a valued member of the the PGCG group in Hendersonville. NC, Roger focuses on high level financial planning. He also plays a key role as a strategic consultant for the Greenville and Asheville branches.

Darian Hastie was hired on as a new Client Assistant at the end of July. Prior to joining Baird, she worked as an elementary school teacher. She also passed her SIE!

Brian Hungerford got his Series 24 certification! He is the manager of the Greenville Branch and has 22 years of experience in the industry.

Celebrations

Arm celebrated his 80th birthday in September! He also retired at the end of 2024. He joined Hilliard Lyons after retiring from medicine as a urologic surgeon. He has spent 15 years working with Baird and is looking forward to enjoying a peaceful retirement, spending his time with his wife and dogs.

LeeAnn celebrated her 10 year anniversary with Baird!

Kyle and his family adopted an adorable Boykin puppy named Scout!

Baird Gives Back

Baird Gives Back is an annual firmwide event that allows associates to help with community projects like preparing and serving food, mentoring students, walking and playing with sheltor animals, and many more. In 2024, Baird associates donated almost 6,500 hours of volunteer time and almost 1,900 associates participated!! In our office, the HBGW Group sponsored a booth at the Hootie and the Blowfish concert for Dean's Dogs, a nonprofit organization committed to rescuing and rehoming dogs in need. We are looking forward to participate in Baird Gives Back again in 2025!
